A recent publication in JHEP Reports entitled “FGFR2 fusion-driven cholangiocarcinoma is characterized by a distinct neutrophil-enriched tumor microenvironment in a syngeneic murine model” contains work from the lab of SynthImmune PI Felix Hartmann.
In it, the authors introduce a syngeneic murine Ff-iCCA model that recapitulates hallmarks of human FGFR2-fusion iCCA, providing a platform for functional investigation of cancer cell-TME crosstalk in this molecular subtype.
