Yesterday, our seminar series continued with its second external seminar, featuring a lecture by Dr. Ramsey Najm from the Organoid Engineering Lab. His talk, titled “Engineering Organoids: Tools and Models for Translational Applications,” explored the potential of organoids for research and future applications.
We were delighted to see so many SynthImmune members attend. With the seminar now taking place in Seminar Rooms 2/3 at the new AudiMAX Lecture Hall and Learning Center (Im Neuenheimer Feld 289, 69120 Heidelberg), there was finally enough space for everyone.
SynthImmune spokesperson Oliver Fackler, who hosted the session, highlighted the importance of organoids for synthetic research and emphasized the potential of incorporating organoid models into the cluster’s research activities in the future.
The next session of the seminar will take place on November 5th and will feature Dr. Archana Yanamandra and Friederike Reinhardt. The next external speaker will join us on November 19th.
